The double-column double-station screen changer is designed with a special sealing structure and a dual-flow channel. Two screens can be used simultaneously. During screen changing, one screen remains in operation while the other is being replaced, without interrupting the material flow or production. It truly achieves on-line screen changing without shutdown, improves product quality, and meets customers' production requirements for higher capacity and superior product quality.
The double-column double-station quick screen changer can be matched with production lines of various hot melt adhesives, adhesives, coatings and other mixture products for material blending and filtration. It is especially suitable for the production of cast film, plates and sheets with excellent effects, realizing capacity increase, energy saving and no waste generation.
