
The M Non-Pulsation Series is a general-purpose melt pump for extrusion systems. It is mainly used for pressure boosting and stable flow delivery of extruders or medium to high viscosity polymers, such as sheet, plate, pipe, film, cable, co-extrusion, compounding, precision extrusion and other industries. It can also be installed in melt pipelines as a booster pump; the main heating method is electric heating, which is suitable for processes such as PS, PP, PET, PA, ABS, PE-LLD.
1. Can be applied to working conditions of high temperature (350℃), high pressure (35MPa) and high viscosity (20,000Pa·s).
2. Optimized flow channel design, avoiding dead corners in the flow channel, reducing material residue, and improving product quality.
3. Improved gear parameter design, making the output pressure more stable and the pulsation rate lower, suitable for precision extrusion.
4. Adopting high-temperature alloy steel, with good wear resistance and long service life.
5. Adopting different sealing methods, suitable for a wide range of viscosity.
6. Can provide appropriate installation methods according to different on-site conditions of customers, which is more flexible and practical.

The M Series melt pump can adopt various installation methods. The input shaft of the pump can be arranged horizontally or vertically (both upward and downward are acceptable); the drive system generally includes: motor, reducer, universal coupling, pump connector, reducer connector, etc.; the complete set of equipment includes melt pump, inlet and outlet connector, drive system, control system, etc. Customers can select and configure according to specific conditions.
