1. The double-column four-station screen changer is designed with a four-channel filtration structure. Four screens work simultaneously without interrupting material flow or production, achieving on-line screen changing without shutdown.
2. Equipped with material priming and exhaust function, it can prevent the gas generated during screen changing from affecting downstream products.
3. The four-flow channel design greatly increases the material filtration area and reduces the frequency of screen changing, making it especially suitable for the application of recycled materials.
4. With reasonable structural design, simple operation and ideal effect, it is suitable for continuous operation of large-scale extrusion equipment with high capacity and high efficiency.
It is mainly applied in the manufacturing, pelletizing and recycling granulation of chemical fiber, film blowing, flat film, cast film, pipes, plates, wires and fibers, etc.
