Rubber pumps are used in extrusion systems for elastomers and easily degradable plastics. This type of pump features a special internal structure with efficient self-cleaning capabilities, making it suitable for rubber and elastomer extrusion. It is typically installed between the extruder outlet and die head for pressure boosting, pressure stabilization, and metering.
PVC, BR, CR, EPDM, NBR, SBR, natural rubber, and other easily degradable materials
1) Suitable for high pressure (40MPa) and high viscosity (40,000Pa·s) operating conditions;
2) High surface finish, nearly mirror-like, ideal for heat-sensitive materials;
3) Precision structure with high temperature control accuracy.
4) Optimized flow channels and lubrication system for efficient self-cleaning, no material residue, no dead zones.
