MP-D Pipeline Melt Boost Pump

  

Product Introduction:

MP-D Series Pipeline Pump is mainly used for the stable pressurized conveying of high-viscosity media in polymer flow layers. The main heating method is heat transfer oil heating. It can also be directly connected to pipelines for material conveying and pressurization. It is generally suitable for processes of PET, PBT, PA, PC, PS, SAN, ABS, HIPS, PP, PE, POM and other materials.

Main Features of D Series Melt Pump:

1) Applicable to working conditions of high temperature (350℃), medium and high pressure (15MPa) and high viscosity (20,000Pa·s);

2) Small pressure and flow pulsation, realizing nearly linear flow output and easy control;

4) Precise structure, high precision and long service life.

Technical Parameters:

Conveying medium viscosity: 1~20000Pa·s (1,000~20,000,000cP)

Inlet pressure: 1~5.0MPa

Outlet pressure: 0~15MPa

Maximum pressure difference: 15MPa 

Operating temperature: ≤350℃

Heating method: Heat transfer oil heating

Main Structure:

Pump body: High temperature tool steel, stainless steel, chrome-nickel alloy steel

Gear: Nitrided steel, stainless steel; other materials are customizable. The gears are straight teeth or helical teeth.

Sliding bearing: High temperature tool steel, special materials and coatings

Shaft seal: Screw seal, packing seal, screw + packing seal, other combined seals

Heating system: Heat transfer oil heating
