The screen changer consists of a main body and four independent filter screen blocks, which work in a rotating cycle. It features excellent sealing performance, high pressure resistance, wear resistance and long service life during operation. It is equipped with a preheating station and an exhaust structure for the filter screen blocks. During screen changing, the gas in the new screen can be completely discharged to maintain the pressure balance of screen changing, which thoroughly solves the problem of air bubbles. The exhaust position also serves as the preheating position for the screen blocks, which ensures the temperature consistency between the new screen and the replaced one, avoiding melt crystallization caused by the low temperature of the new screen block, which would further lead to poor fluidity and even crystal spots.
This type of screen changer is suitable for granulation, pipe, sheet and plate production lines, as well as PVB explosion-proof film production lines. It achieves remarkable effects especially in PET and PP wire drawing, melt spinning, EPE, EPS and XPS foaming production.
