The single-column screen changer is integrated with an integral cylindrical screen changer and features excellent temperature and pressure resistance. Manufactured from high-temperature alloy steel, it performs outstandingly in high temperature resistance and pressure bearing. It adopts two filtration channels working alternately, enabling fast screen changing for convenient production and maintenance. Equipped with a highly wear-resistant and high-precision filter screen design, it maintains stable performance under the condition of 30-50MPa pressure and 300-400℃ temperature. The built-in material priming and exhaust structure allows continuous screen changing without material leakage or production interruption, ensuring consistent product output during the process. It supports both single-screen and double-screen filtration modes.
The single-column double-station screen changer is suitable for the production of high-pressure products, especially for almost all thermoplastics in film blowing, cast film, biaxial stretching, wire drawing, granulation and other processes.
