The single-plate double-station screen changer (Round Type) is a cost-effective product with excellent performance. It can switch the filter screen in 0.4 seconds with fast screen changing action and slight variation in material flow, featuring no material leakage, high pressure resistance and large filtration area. It is easy to operate and quick to change the screen. The wear-resistant, pressure-resistant and high-precision filter screen design effectively increases the filtration area and improves filtration quality. It maintains stable performance at around 300℃ and enables non-stop quick screen changing, making it an indispensable auxiliary equipment for extrusion production lines such as plastic sheet, plate, film, pipe and granulation. Common configuration: Screen changer main body (including oil cylinder and heating tube) + hydraulic station + electric control box (optional).
